- Please be informed that if all tables are fully booked, walk-in customers cannot be accommodated. To avoid any inconvenience due to limited availability, we highly recommend securing your reservation in advance.

- In case of late arrival, your table will be held for 10 minutes. After this grace period, the table may be allocated to walk-in guests.

- During dinner hours, dining time is limited to 1 hour and 20 minutes from the reserved time. We appreciate your kind understanding.

- The recommended maximum number of guests per table is 8. For group reservations of 9 or more, please contact the restaurant directly via phone or WhatsApp at 017-7259581.

- For parties of 8 or fewer, please make your reservation through hanambbq.com.my. Reservations via phone or WhatsApp will not be accepted.
